    We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service fee.
    AfroDiva Salon strives for complete customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will gladly offer a complimentary adjustment. For products, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
